TAKE YOUR TIME
Once you’ve registered, be sure to take your time in getting your profile complete. There’s no need to rush, as the system will always be here (assuming you keep it going). Please don’t worry if you can’t get everything input at one time. In fact, we suggest that you take your time, and do it right. After all, this is the impression that you will make to others about who you are. And you never get a second chance, to make a great first impression. Take your time.
UPDATE YOUR PORTFOLIO
After you’ve completed your initial profile, be sure to update it daily, weekly or monthly (we suggest monthly, at a minimum). If it’s career worthy and/or notable – put it in. Do it from home, work, or the road. Think of this as your Career Log, or CLOG, as we like to call it. Your profile stays up-to-date and accessible, no matter where you are. What you don’t want to do is ignore it. With your careers, it’s important to keep score, and keep your profile updated.
